The Collective

The project features a 50/50 payment structure: 50% during construction and 50% upon completion in Q1 2028. This aligns payments with construction milestones and handover timing.

Handover is scheduled for Q1 2028. The 50/50 payment plan distributes costs across the construction period through to completion.

The project offers two configurations: 1-bedroom apartments (823–990 sqft) from AED 1,100,000, and 2-bedroom units (1,004–1,092 sqft) from AED 1,425,000. All 94 units are fully furnished.

The Collective is in Dubai South, a 145 sq km master plan integrating logistics, aviation, residential, and commercial sectors. Residents are 5 minutes from Expo City, 10 minutes from Al Maktoum International Airport, and 15 minutes from Palm Jebel Ali.

The rooftop features an infinity pool, full-service gym, wellness studio, landscaped gardens, and dedicated children's play areas. Additional facilities include outdoor fitness zones, open-air cinema, and barbecue areas.

All apartments arrive with hotel-style interior design, including furnished living, bedroom, and kitchen areas, plus fully designed bathrooms. This eliminates additional outfitting costs for residents and supports immediate rental readiness.
