Privacy Policy
How Dubai Property Prime collects, uses, stores and protects your personal data, including WhatsApp and Telegram communications and our AI assistant.
Updated Sep 3, 2026
Policy version: 2026-09-03
This Privacy Policy explains how Dubai Property Prime ("we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you use this website, submit an enquiry, or communicate with us on messaging channels. It is written to meet the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, "PDPL") and, for visitors from the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, the GDPR/UK GDPR baseline.
1. Who we are
Dubai Property Prime is a property consultancy focused on new-launch and off-plan projects in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Contact for privacy matters: privacy@dubaipropertyprime.com. If we are required to appoint a representative for EEA/UK data subjects, their details will be published here.
2. What we collect
- Enquiry data you provide: name, phone number, preferred contact channel (WhatsApp, Telegram, or SMS/WeChat ID for some regions), language, and your property requirements (purpose, budget, property type, bedrooms, preferred areas, timeline, financing preference, notes).
- Verification data: confirmation that you control the phone or messaging account you provided (for WhatsApp this includes your WhatsApp account ID; for Telegram, your Telegram user ID).
- Conversation data: the messages you exchange with us on WhatsApp or Telegram, including messages handled by our AI assistant, and delivery metadata.
- Site usage data: a first-party visitor identifier (cookie), language preference, pages viewed, saved/wishlisted projects, and referral source (including UTM parameters).
- Consent records: what you agreed to, when, and under which policy version.
We do not knowingly collect data from children, and we ask you not to send us sensitive personal data — it is not needed for a property enquiry.
3. Why we use it (purposes and legal bases)
| Purpose | Examples | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|
| Responding to your enquiry | Instant replies, matching projects to your requirements, follow-up by a consultant | Consent; steps prior to a contract |
| Qualifying your requirements | Asking about budget, areas, timeline so recommendations are relevant | Consent; legitimate interests |
| Human follow-up | A consultant continuing the conversation, arranging viewings | Consent; steps prior to a contract |
| Service operation and safety | Verification, abuse prevention, rate limiting, audit trails | Legitimate interests; legal obligations |
| Improving our service | Reviewing anonymised conversation quality and site analytics | Legitimate interests |
Marketing: we only send marketing-style updates (such as new-launch alerts) if you separately opt in. Replying to your active enquiry is not marketing.
4. The AI assistant — clear disclosure
First responses and qualification questions on our chat channels may be handled by an AI assistant. It identifies itself as an AI, answers from our project database, and hands over to a human consultant for viewings, reservations, negotiations, or whenever you ask. Conversations may be reviewed by our team for quality and to serve you. If you prefer to deal only with a human, say so in the chat at any time.
5. Messaging channels
WhatsApp is operated by Meta Platforms and Telegram by Telegram FZ-LLC; messages you send on those apps are also subject to those providers' own terms and privacy policies. We receive and store the messages you exchange with our business accounts in order to respond to you.
Opting out is one word: send "STOP" (or its equivalent in your language) in the chat and we will stop messaging you. We keep a record of the opt-out itself so we can honour it.
6. Sharing
We share personal data only with:
- Our two-person operating team (the consultants who serve you);
- Service providers that host our infrastructure and route messages (hosting, database, messaging APIs, and the AI model provider that processes conversation text to generate responses) — under contracts limiting use to our instructions;
- Developers or their sales teams, only when you ask us to proceed with a specific project and only what is needed to do so;
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
We do not sell personal data.
7. International transfers
Our infrastructure providers may process data outside the UAE (including in the EEA/UK and United States). Where transfer rules apply, we rely on the safeguards available under the applicable law (such as contractual protections).
8. Retention
- Conversation messages: kept for 12 months, then deleted.
- Lead records (your enquiry and requirements): kept for 24 months after your last activity, then anonymised so no personal identifiers remain.
- Consent and opt-out records: kept as long as needed to honour and evidence them.
Backups roll off on their own schedule shortly after deletion from live systems.
9. Your rights
Subject to the applicable law (PDPL, and GDPR/UK GDPR where it applies), you can request: access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to processing, withdrawal of consent (which does not affect prior processing), and portability. To exercise any right, message us in the chat or email the address in section 1. Deletion requests are honoured promptly — our systems support hard deletion of conversations and anonymisation of lead records. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
10. Security
Access to personal data is limited to our operating team; messaging webhooks are authenticated; secrets are stored in managed infrastructure; phone numbers are masked in operational logs; and conversations are transmitted over encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, but we design for minimum necessary data and minimum necessary access.
11. Cookies
We use a first-party cookie to remember your visit, language and wishlist, and basic analytics to understand site usage. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
12. Changes
We will post any changes here with a new version date. Material changes that affect how we contact you will be flagged in the chat or on the site.
