Welcome to Dubai Property Prime. By using this website or communicating with us on our messaging channels, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What we are

Dubai Property Prime is a property consultancy that aggregates publicly available information about new-launch and off-plan projects from Dubai developers and helps buyers find, compare and pursue them. We are not the developer, seller or builder of any project shown. Purchases are concluded directly between you and the developer under the developer's own contracts.

2. Information on this site

• Project details (prices, availability, sizes, handover dates, payment plans, images) originate from developers' published materials and public records, and are refreshed regularly. Each figure is presented as of the date shown alongside it.
• Despite our efforts, information can be incomplete, out of date or contain errors, and developers change prices and availability without notice. Always verify the current position with the developer and official records before making any decision. Our consultants will help you do exactly that.
• Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, a valuation, or a promise of availability or price.

3. No financial, legal or tax advice

Content on this site — including guides, area descriptions and investment overviews — is general information only. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax or immigration advice, and it does not consider your personal circumstances. Property values and rental income can go down as well as up. Obtain independent professional advice where you need it.

4. Our service and fees

Our consultancy service to buyers is free of charge: we are remunerated by developers when a purchase completes through us. Using this site or speaking with us creates no obligation to buy and no fee for you. See our Disclaimer for how this business model works.

5. Communications and the AI assistant

When you submit an enquiry, you choose a contact channel (such as WhatsApp or Telegram) and consent to be contacted about your enquiry there. First responses may be handled by an AI assistant that identifies itself as such; human consultants handle viewings, reservations and negotiations. You can stop messages at any time by sending "STOP" in the chat. Our Privacy Policy explains how conversation data is handled.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse the site or its APIs; attempt to gain unauthorised access; scrape at volumes that degrade the service; submit false enquiries or impersonate others; or use our channels to send unlawful, abusive or fraudulent content. We may suspend service to anyone breaching these terms.

7. Intellectual property

The site's design, text, compilations and software are ours or licensed to us. Project names, marks, images and brochures belong to their respective developers and are used to describe their projects. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes; republication of our compiled content requires permission.

8. Third-party links and services

The site links to third-party services (developer websites, WhatsApp, Telegram, map providers, official portals). We are not responsible for their content or practices; your use of them is governed by their own terms.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: the site is provided "as is"; we exclude implied warranties; and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or losses arising from reliance on information that we identified as originating from developers or public sources, from decisions made without verification, or from events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud.

10. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
