Cascada features a 70/30 post-handover payment arrangement with minimal down payments. You pay 70% of the apartment price during construction and 30% after handover. This structure is designed to ease the purchase process for buyers.

Cascada is scheduled for completion in Q4 2028. The project comprises two G+16 towers currently under construction in Waada, Bahria Town, Dubai South.

Four unit types are offered: 2-bedroom (1,131–1,755 sqft, from AED 1,359,000); 2-bedroom + maid room (from 1,595 sqft, from AED 1,875,000); 3-bedroom (1,524–1,732 sqft, from AED 1,751,000); and 3-bedroom + maid room (1,924–2,823 sqft, from AED 2,220,000).
