The EDGE offers a 40/60 payment plan with the following structure: AED 50,000 reservation fee, balance of 20% within 14 days of reservation, 20% within 6 months of reservation, and 60% upon completion. This flexible structure allows staged payments throughout the development period.

You may resell your unit after completing 40% of the total payment. This allows flexibility for buyers whose circumstances may change during the construction phase.

The title deed is transferred upon completion of the entire development and receipt of full payment. This ensures the developer completes all works and infrastructure before ownership transfer.
