Emaar provides a flexible payment plan spreading over the construction period. The first installment is 10% due at booking. The remaining balance is paid through installments during construction, with a final payment due on handover in Q3 2029.

Equiterra offers two townhouse types: 3-bedroom units (approximately 2,173 sqft) starting from AED 3,600,000 and 4-bedroom units (approximately 2,479 sqft) starting from AED 4,700,000. All units include a maid's room and outdoor terraces; selected units feature expanded gardens and end plots.
