Elle Residences follows a 30/70 payment structure: 30% is due during the construction phase, and the remaining 70% is payable at handover in Q3 2027. This arrangement allows buyers to manage cash flow across the project timeline.

Elle Residences is scheduled for handover in Q3 2027. All units will be completed and delivered by the end of that quarter.
